Who we are
This waitlist (ks.myklara.co.uk) for the Klara Flow Kickstarter campaign is operated by:
Aeroforge LLC1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 20167
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
hello@myklara.co.uk
What we collect
- Email address and first name, when you join the waitlist.
- Your referral code and, if you followed someone's invite link, who referred you — used only to track the reward ladder.
- Whether you completed the $10 VIP Reserve deposit. We do not receive or store your card details; that payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
- Your email address may also be kept in this browser's local storage so your invite link and referral count still show up if you close the tab and come back later.
How we use it
- To send you the Klara Flow Kickstarter launch email and, if you opt in, occasional updates about the campaign.
- To track referrals for the reward ladder and credit the person who invited you.
- To confirm and manage VIP Reserve deposits.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
Waitlist entries are stored in a dedicated Upstash Redis database used only for this Kickstarter waitlist. This list is kept separate from any other Klara mailing list or customer database.
Third parties we use
- Stripe — processes the VIP Reserve deposit. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Upstash — stores waitlist and referral data.
- Klaviyo — sends waitlist and VIP emails, and stores your email and first name for that purpose in a dedicated Kickstarter list, separate from any other Klara mailing list. See Klaviyo's privacy policy.
- Google Ads — measures whether you joined the waitlist or completed the $10 VIP Reserve deposit after clicking one of our ads, so we know which ads are working. No personal details are shared with Google beyond this. See Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time, or to stop contacting you. Just email hello@myklara.co.uk and we'll action it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Kickstarter campaign progresses. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
